The Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, the city’s only AAA Five-Diamond and Forbes Five-Star hotel, had a large, underutilized fifth-floor terrace that needed repurposing, addressed during an extensive renovation to the Hotel. By adding a Pergola X by StruXure, functionality and connectivity to the Hotel was vastly improved. It is now one of two outdoor event spaces at the Hotel and overlooks beautiful Midtown Atlanta. The addition of the contemporary smart pergola, with louvers that can adjust to the sun’s angles and even close completely during inclement weather, increased the Hotel’s ability to utilize this revenue-generating space year round. This is StruXure’s largest pergola installation in Georgia, covering 4,000 square feet. It has been used for outdoor weddings, parties, and other special events, including the Hotel’s celebration of its own Bar Margot.
