Rotary Park features Softline’s FirstBase™ surface system. FirstBase™ is a bonded surface, utilizing rubber granules that are mixed and applied on site. Rotary park features Softline’s Indigo 1221, Mineral Blue 1224, and Sand 1217 virgin color rubber. This playground surface was designed and installed to meet an 11’ fall height requirement.
